Madak Passionfruit, Raspberry & Pistachio
This handmade white chocolate bonbon is made of a fresh and sour gel of raspberry topped with a ganache of passion fruit, enriched with fine vanilla from Réunion. On a layer of pistachio praline from Bronte. These are grown in the fertile volcanic soil around Bronte, a village at the foot of Mount Etna.
Encased with 36.5% Colombian white chocolate.

Madak chocolate bonbons are made by hand in small quantities. To ensure quality, sufficient time is taken for all elements during production. The complete process takes three days. For the fillings Madak uses ethically sourced raw materials from all over the world. In addition, each chocolate mould is individually polished, so that the chocolates retain their beautiful sheen. The chocolatier carefully follows every step in the process in order to guarantee quality.
